<aside> 👋 Hello, hello, it’s Lucy! Just a quick note about this sheet as it’s my EXACT one that I created & used whilst doing my applications. I created it using a range of resources, from website pages to youtube videos, but this was 2 years ago so I can’t remember where everything is from to give credit, although I’ve tried to list out sources as best as I can below! And it’s designed in a way that my brain understands (since it made it haha), but I thought I’d try and explain so you can follow it. I’ve outlined what each section is trying to get you to do. How best to go about getting yourself in the headspace to answer the question e.g. by rephrasing the statement to include “yeah but you’ve assumed [insert option 1].” The definition of some of the answers and the differences between them e.g. possibly true vs beyond reasonable doubt. Some rules to follow e.g. when you can use your own knowledge, certain words meaning an answer is never right. And walk throughs of sample questions and why the answers are what they are.

(the sample questions are from the Lawyer Portal)

(( I also used Idin Sabahipour’s video on youtube about the watson glaser ))
